The road to Montse’s house in Delta del Ebro leads through country paths, with fields of tall green grass stretching out to the horizon on both sides.
Everything here feels connected, each thing with its own quiet, organic purpose. The materials she uses grow right in the garden, where she likes to sit on a tiny chair and work. That’s also where they soak in water and dry in the sun.
It was moving to watch how the fibers slowly built up into a structure, through a sequence of gestures. Her creations filled the space, each corner holding a piece of the story.
